Order and delivery policy

• Delivery - pick up method is applied to customers who order aluminum profile products at Tien Dat Aluminum Co., Ltd.
• The company will prepare goods, packaging materials and deliver them to the place requested by the customer.

I. Order – Delivery.

1. Procedure:

• Receive orders.
• Check & process orders according to the type and quantity of goods in accordance with the contract.
• Confirm orders and report delivery progress to customers.
• Plan production in accordance with the delivery schedule.
• Packing – Store goods carefully to avoid warping during transportation.
• Contact customers to agree on the location and time of receiving goods.
• Transport by specialized vehicles, flexibly according to different locations.
• You receive the goods at the agreed location.

2. Fees:

• Delivery costs depend on the value of the order and the destination. During the product purchase and sale transaction, Tien Dat's staff will confirm with you and the delivery cost will be clearly stated in the sales contract.

3. After-sales program:

• For large orders, located at a reasonable distance, the company will have a free shipping program for customers.

II. Execution time

• The production process of goods delivery and receipt is agreed upon by both parties.
• Delivery time depends on your arrangement and Tien Dat company to agree on the most favorable time.
